Scenery about as good as it gets on the Pleasant Green road climb in Orange County NC
After a long, hot summer I always look forward to cooler weather, a harvest bounty at the farmers market, and the explosion of fall color. Here are some leaf season shots I took during recent bike ride around Durham and Orange county.
A great split of evergreen and deciduous trees along 751 makes for serene riding
My sense of time slipped away staring up into this natural cathedral in full color
Almost called the fire department when I came across this tree
Had to stop and admire this explosion of color near downtown Durham towards the end of the ride
Nothing gold can stay.
